BHS-Filtration Inc., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BHS-Sonthofen GmbH, is a manufacturer of solid-liquid separation, filtration, cake washing and drying process technologies, as described below. Our expertise is thin cakes from 3 mm to 75 mm in depth. We have both continuous and batch systems for pressure and vacuum operations. Our markets include speciality chemicals, bulk and final pharmaceutical and fluid clarification such as catalyst recovery, activated carbon and wet recovery systems. Technical seminars, process assistance and rental systems for onsite testing is available, or testing can be conducted in the BHS laboratory in Charlotte, NC. Finally, BHS completes the single source process solution with PLC control systems, pumps, piping and instrumentation skids, and onsite startup assistance and preventative maintenance programs.
